Stacey was bit by the real estate bug while helping her husband Michael buy, remodel and resell luxury homes as a full-time business.

After graduation from the University of Vermont, Stacey worked in Boston for a short time in banking and then at IBM in Waltham, Ma.  As her and Mike’s interest in starting their own business grew, they decided to make the leap and create a side business remodeling homes together while starting a family.  As both the business and the Palmer family grew, Stacey signed on as Mike’s business partner and never looked back.

With a background in photography and interior design, Stacey over the years played an important role in the strategic design and development of all of her and Mike’s residential real estate projects, including architectural design, responsibility for kitchen and bath design, finish woodworking details with design layouts, and all marketing materials and photography.

Over the years, Stacey has actively maintained a real estate license while helping in all aspects of sales and marketing with regards to Palmer projects.  Interestingly, Stacey gained an excellent reputation as one of Mike’s best finish carpenters, and also for her unique skills at decorative tiling.

A native of Scarsdale, New York but a true Red Sox fan, Stacey enjoys reading, gardening, tennis, skiing, sailing, and valuable time spent with their three children.
